These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of ERISA Guide ('Service'), operated by ERISA Guide, Inc. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using ERISA Guide, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them.
Service Description
ERISA Guide provides tools for benefits brokers to create ERISA compliance documents, manage client records, and generate reports. The Service is provided 'as is' and may be updated or modified at any time.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access unauthorized data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer
ERISA Guide provides document templates and compliance tools for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice. Consult a qualified ERISA attorney for legal guidance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERISA Guide shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
